August 11, 2026 — Foqal today announced it will be updating its subprocessor list as part of an ongoing effort to optimize its technology stack and improve service delivery. The company is transitioning away from HubSpot in favor of specialized, best-in-class tools across website hosting, analytics, and customer relationship management.

This change takes effect no earlier than September 11, 2026.
Your Data Remains Protected
These infrastructure changes do not affect your customer data. All customer data continues to be stored exclusively in AWS and is only connected to integrations you explicitly choose, such as your selected AI provider and third-party services like Google.
