New Subprocessors

August 11, 2026 — Foqal today announced it will be updating its subprocessor list as part of an ongoing effort to optimize its technology stack and improve service delivery. The company is transitioning away from HubSpot in favor of specialized, best-in-class tools across website hosting, analytics, and customer relationship management.

What's Changing

Foqal is adopting the following new subprocessors:

• Vercel: Public website hosting (foqal.io)
• PostHog: Analytics platform for both website and product usage tracking
• Zero.inc: Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Customer.io: Marketing email platform
• Calendly: Calendar booking and scheduling

This change takes effect no earlier than September 11, 2026.

Your Data Remains Protected

These infrastructure changes do not affect your customer data. All customer data continues to be stored exclusively in AWS and is only connected to integrations you explicitly choose, such as your selected AI provider and third-party services like Google.

Data Types Affected

The subprocessor changes impact the following types of information:

1. Website analytics: Usage and tracking data when you visit foqal.io, including identifiable information such as IP addresses. This does not affect website cookie policies.
2. Product usage analytics: Non-PII usage data such as feature interactions and button clicks to help us understand and improve the product experience.
3. Marketing communications: Marketing emails will be sent through Customer.io.
4. CRM data: Zero.inc stores records of Foqal's own relationship with your team: contact names and emails for the people who work with us, and summaries of conversations between your team and Foqal's support or sales staff. It does not include data generated by your end users through your use of the Foqal product; that data continues to live exclusively in AWS, as described above.
5. Calendly - used for booking meetings with Foqal employees. Stores name and email information.
