Foqal has launched a native Zapier integration, letting users connect the Slack‑first operations platform to over 3,000 apps for automated workflows without code, enabling triggers and actions between Foqal and other tools to streamline support, IT, and operations processes.
Foqal today announced a native integration with Zapier, enabling teams to connect Foqal to more than 3,000 applications and automate workflows across their existing tool stack without writing code.
The integration allows users to trigger actions in Foqal based on activity in connected applications — creating support requests, updating records, assigning tasks, and routing work based on events that originate elsewhere in the stack. Conversely, activity in Foqal can trigger actions in downstream tools, allowing teams to build end-to-end automation across IT, customer success, and operations workflows that previously required manual handoffs between systems.
For teams managing support and operations across a mix of tools, the Zapier integration extends Foqal's automation capabilities beyond its native integrations — connecting it to any platform in the Zapier ecosystem without requiring custom development work.
The Foqal Zapier integration is available now. Setup documentation is available through the Foqal Support Center.
