Foqal has completed its SOC 2 Type 2 audit and received certification confirming that its security controls meet the standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for the security, availability, and confidentiality of customer data.
SOC 2 Type 2 certification differs from Type 1 in that it validates the consistent operation of security controls over an extended observation period, rather than at a single point in time. For enterprise and mid-market organizations evaluating operational software, the certification provides independent, auditor-verified assurance that Foqal's data handling practices meet industry-recognized standards.
