Anthony Field is an accomplished business operations leader with over 13 years of experience transforming organizations by migrating manual processes into automated, data-driven insights. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations at Sysdig, Anthony has a proven track record of driving efficiency and growth in both large enterprises and startup environments. His expertise spans strategic business operational analysis, global team leadership, and the implementation of enterprise-grade business intelligence tools. With a strong foundation in finance and economics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, Anthony combines analytical rigor with a passion for continuous improvement. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys being a husband as well as a father to two, traveling, exercising, and playing the tenor saxophone.
