Sarah serves as the Senior Manager of Community Support at Andela; through strategy, data, and empathy, she ensures Talents are supported through Andela's mission. With over 13 years of experience in customer support, Sarah is passionate about unblocking people's problems, helping others succeed, and getting back to what matters most in their lives. She holds two bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Music. Sarah lives in Minnesota, USA, and when she is not digging herself out of snow 6 months of the year, you can catch her cooking, doting over her 5 beautiful children, or exploring a wooded trail in her spare time.
